Reporting System

This Feedback, Concerns and Complaints Reporting System provides members of the Lincoln Alexander Law community with a pathway for providing feedback, raising concerns or addressing complaints about situations that arise at the Law School. This system allows members of our community to file reports both anonymously and by providing follow-up contact information. You may choose to identify yourself or remain anonymous when making a report.

Please be aware that all reports received are confidential and access is limited to the department responsible for the team responsible for addressing your concern. This means that your disclosed information (including your identity) will not be shared with anyone unless required by law or University Policy. You will be asked for your consent if it is recommended to share personal elements of your report on a strict need-to-know basis to facilitate potential next steps and supports.

This reporting tool is NOT FOR EMERGENCIES. If you are concerned about impending harm to yourself or others, please seek immediate assistance by calling 911 or accessing urgent TMU Community Safety and Security resources. Please submit a report to this system only after ensuring the safety of those involved.

This form allows Lincoln Alexander School of Law students to provide information about potential incident(s) of bias, harassment, discrimination or unprofessionalism that they experienced or witnessed.
