Sponsorship FORM

This form must be completed by Student Groups who have secured sponsorship or funding from an external organization.

Please be aware of the following when completing this form.

Most forms in the HUB require that you be logged in with your TMU (@torontomu.ca) address.

Submission Review

After submission this form will be reviewed by the LALSS VP of Finance and the Associate Director of Advancement.

Next Steps

Upon review, your sponsor will be contacted by the law school with the appropriate sponsorship agreement. If the sponsor has their own sponsorship agreement that they want signed, please ensure that it is attached to the submission.

Communication and Questions

Student Organizations will be copied on Emails to your sponsor.

General Questions including confirmation of payment should be directed to the LALSS VP Finance (lalss.vp.fin@torontomu.ca).

Questions about classification of funds (ie. donation, sponsorship or gift) should be directed to Anna Hubert, Associate Director Advancement (ahubert@torontomu.ca)

Receipt of Funds

Upon receipt of the signed sponsorship agreement, the Sponsor will be provided with an invoice for payment from the TMU Finance Team.

Sponsorships over $5,000

Any sponsorships ov er $5,000 will require a separate agreement. This process may take more time. If the sponsorship received is greater than $5000, you will be contacted by the Law School with more details on that process.
