Event Submission FORM

This form will allow you to provide the details of your event for submission to the LALSS Event Calendar. 

Please be aware of the following when completing this form.

Please Log In

Most forms in the HUB require that you be logged in with your TMU (@torontomu.ca) address.

Your Events (Editing / Management)

By logging in you will be able to see a list of events that you have added to the calendar.

You will also be able to manage your events. Including (if selected) viewing attendees, ticket sales and editing event information.

Complete and Review

Please ensure that you fill out these form as completely as possible. If possible include an event image, description and where necessary ticketing details.

Event Options

You may select and create ticket and request attendee information for ticketed events.

Please select your organization and venue (location) from the list. If your organization or venue is not on the list please create a new venue or location to add them to the list for future use.

Submission Review

After submission Event information will be reviewed by one of the VP Social & External, President or Director of Communications before being made live on the Event Calendar..

Next Steps

Once approved your event will appear on the main events calendar. 

You may view your attendees are edit event from your events list.
